How to screencap

 

- First you need to have a DVD-ROM, then a program like Power DVD. There are many different ones out there, but this is what I use. 

- Insert your movie. 

-Click Configuration (shown below)

A window will open and under Player Setting Tab click Advance. 
These are the setting I use. It also must be a .bmp file extension. 

Click OK twice when you are done.

Start your movie by pressing play.

- Now there is two ways to capture your images. 

1. Click the camera button on your dock. (shown below)

2. Or by pressing the 'C' key on your keyboard.
Then just keep pressing it for every image you want to cap. 

Hopefully I didn't miss any steps, but just play around with and I'm sure you will get it. That is how I figured it out.
